A few can spoil it for the masses. Just because a couple of bad corporate execs decide to cheat and defraud their customers, the public, quite understandably, equates attributes such as wealth and power with deception and theft. It's sad that the rest of corporate America has to suffer the consequences of a bad reputation just because a couple of bad seeds thought they could get away with it.

I totally agree with your comment. In a few cases, wealth is actually worked very hard for and earned. Unfortuneately, it is sad that the general public believes that all wealthy people step on toes on their way to riches or people talk trash about inherited wealth. Even though inherited wealth may have been earned in an unethical way, that does not mean that the one who inherits it may misuse what they have. Not every wealthy person in this world is bad and they should not have to pay for the digressions of the few.
